1 (6-ounce) package HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® Grilled Carved Chicken Breast
1/2 cup LA VICTORIA® Salsa Suprema Mild
4 CHI-CHI’S® 6 inch Fajita
1 cup sliced bell peppers
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
Guacamole, if desired
LA VICTORIA® Salsa Suprema, if desired
Sour cream, if desired
1. In bowl, combine chicken and 1/2 cup salsa.
2. On half of each tortilla, place chicken mixture, peppers and cheese. Gently fold tortilla over filling. Place tortillas on lightly greased skillet.
3. Cook over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until browned and cheese is melted, turning once.
4. Cut into wedges and serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream, if desired.
