Black Bean and Corn Salsa on Tortilla Chips
Ingredients:
1 14 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups frozen corn kernels
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons LA VICTORIA® Red Taco Sauce – Medium (to increase heat level, substitute LA VICTORIA® Hot Sauce)
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl; let stand 15 minutes for flavors to combine. Top tortilla chips with mixture and serve.
