Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can black beans
  • 2 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp LA VICTORIA® Red Taco Sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips

Cooking Directions

  1. Rinse and drain black beans.
  2. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
  3. Let stand 15 minutes for flavors to combine.
  4. Top tortilla chips with mixture and serve.
