- 1 (16-ounce) jar LA VICTORIA® SUPREMA® Salsa Medium
- 1 fresh pineapple
- Remove rind and then cut pineapple (lengthwise) into wedges. Place wedges on grill (indoor or out) and cook for two to three minutes each side, until fruit has dark “grill stripes” for a great, smoky flavor.
- Remove from grill and cut into small cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grilled pineapple cubes with LA VICTORIA® SUPREMA® Salsa. Serve in a pineapple rind boat with chips.
